Rates & Insurance

$250 per 50 minute therapy session

$1,000-1,300 for immigration evaluation & report

$750 for Medical Certification of Disability (N-648) -(exception to the English and civics testing requirements for naturalization)

Other insurance:  

While I do not bill insurance other than Aetna, I can provide you with documentation to get reimbursed by your insurance company.  Please check your insurance company’s policy if you plan to use this method, as requirements vary from company to company.

Payment is due in full at the time of service.

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
